See toimib järgmiselt: iga saadud tellimuse puhul kasutatakse hinnanguliste tarneheitmete arvutamiseks valemit. Nende hinnangute põhjal läheb osa meie tulust süsiniku eemaldamise ettevõtetele, mida on kontrollinud ettevõtte Carbon Direct teadlased. Need ettevõtted kasutavad seda raha meie saadetiste tekitatud süsiniku eemaldamiseks. Kõik lisavahendid lähevad süsiniku eemaldamise tehnoloogiate edasiarendamiseks.

Heirloomi otsene õhu püüdmise tehnoloogia suurendab süsiniku mineralisatsiooni protsessi. Heirloomi tehnoloogia kiirendab looduslikult esinevate mineraalide CO₂ sidumise kiirust, selle asemel, et kasutada õhu sissetõmbamiseks energiamahukaid ventilaatoreid.

Remora kogub poolveokite väljalasketorudest süsinikdioksiidi sõidu ajal, kusjuures CO₂ on ette nähtud pikaajaliseks ladustamiseks.

Võlu

Charm püüab kinni CO₂, kasutades taimejäätmeid, muudab selle stabiilseks süsinikurikkaks vedelikuks ja säilitab selle ohutult sügaval maa all – metsatulekahjude ja pinnase erosiooni eest kättesaamatus kohas.
