Retningslinjer for angrerett
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that a return processing fee of €9.90 will be applied to each item returned. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Please use the chat on our website for the fastest support. Our current response time is 1-5 business days.
- Contact our customer service team about the reason for the return. Make sure to send an image of the unboxed products, especially showing potential damages.
- Wait for a confirmation and confirmation of return address.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.
- Send the package to our return address, which will be provided by our customer service team.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories, to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for the customer will not be refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
